These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order between Nexcode Digital Sdn. Bhd. ("Nexcode", "we", "us", "our") and any individual or company that purchases from us ("Client", "you"). By completing an order or paying for goods, you accept these Terms in full.
Nexcode Digital Sdn. Bhd. is based in Malaysia. Its contact address is Lot 2.01A, Level 2, Nu Sentral Shopping Centre, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The shop focuses on online trading, distribution and retail of authorised digital codes, prepaid vouchers, gift cards, entertainment subscription vouchers, software activation codes, mobile reloads and other non-randomized digital products.
Nexcode is an authorised reseller and distributor of digital codes, vouchers and gift cards. We are not the issuing brand, platform or bank behind any code we sell, unless expressly stated otherwise. The issuer of each code sets its own redemption terms, validity period, and any region or platform restrictions, which apply in addition to these Terms.
An order is confirmed once you have completed checkout and payment has cleared. Codes are generated and delivered only after payment verification described in our Shipping Policy.
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) per code unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and such other methods as we may notify from time to time. Codes will not be generated or delivered until the applicable payment has cleared into our account.
Once delivered, redemption of a code is between the Client and the issuing brand or platform, subject to that issuer's own terms and conditions. Nexcode is not responsible for how an issuer applies its own redemption rules, promotional restrictions, or expiry policy, except where Nexcode delivered an invalid, duplicate, or incorrect code as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
The Client is responsible for confirming that a code is compatible with their account, device or region before purchase, using the information stated on the product listing. Nexcode is not liable for a code that cannot be redeemed because it does not match the Client's account region or platform, where this restriction was disclosed on the listing.
All products are delivered electronically by email. Our full delivery arrangements, including timeframes and what happens if a code is undelivered, are set out separately in our Shipping Policy.
To protect both parties against payment fraud, we may request additional identity or payment verification before delivering codes above a certain value or quantity, and may decline or delay an order where verification cannot be completed. This is a standard safeguard in the digital code trade and is not a reflection on any individual Client.
Brand names, logos and trademarks referenced on this website in connection with gift cards, vouchers and subscription services belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Nothing on this website implies an endorsement by, or affiliation with, those brands beyond an authorised reseller relationship.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Nexcode's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total value paid by the Client for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity, even where advised such losses were possible. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before a code has been generated and delivered. Once delivered, our Refund & Return Policy governs what qualifies for a refund or replacement.
Nexcode is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at an issuing brand or payment provider, internet or email service disruption, or government restrictions. Affected timelines will be extended by a period reasonably necessary to address the disruption, and we will keep the Client informed of material developments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order placed with Nexcode, without prejudice to either party's right to seek interim relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, supplier arrangements or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time an order is confirmed applies to that order. We encourage Clients to review this page periodically.
